Job Summary

This permanent, full-time role seeks an IT Application Expert to manage and support the comprehensive Vivendi industry solution for a large health and social care provider. The core focus involves overseeing all Vivendi modules (NG, PD, PEP, Selfservice, and Mobile), with a particular emphasis on NG Client Management and Billing. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing user requests for feasibility, customizing the standard software to ensure compliance with legal requirements and organizational procedures, and resolving complex user inquiries and issues. The expert will also serve as a liaison with the software manufacturer, evaluate changes in new versions, and play a strategic role in implementing new functionalities and contributing to the long-term IT roadmap. Candidates must bring deep expertise in Vivendi application and customizing, coupled with strong project implementation skills and analytical thinking. The position is located in Bad Kreuznach and offers flexible working options, including home office.
