Job Summary

This role is ideal for a service-oriented and IT-savvy professional looking to join the IT Service team of a renowned energy company in Halle. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for users, handling and documenting incoming IT inquiries and providing crucial First-Level Remote Support. A significant part of the role involves user management within SAP systems and Active Directory, as well as managing IT assets and licenses. You will also coordinate with external IT service providers and contribute to the continuous optimization of IT service processes. Key requirements include a completed IT education or equivalent qualification, initial experience in IT support or a Service Desk environment, and strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Windows 10, Office 365, Windows Server, Active Directory) and SAP. The position offers flexible working hours (full-time or part-time) and the opportunity to work in a modern environment with short decision-making paths.
