Job Summary

This role seeks an IT Support Specialist to join the IT Service team of a prominent energy company in Halle, Germany. The specialist will be responsible for the core functions of the Service Desk, primarily focusing on First-Level remote support, documentation, and managing incoming IT inquiries. Key daily tasks include user administration within SAP systems and Active Directory, processing various forms, managing IT assets and licenses, and coordinating activities with external IT service providers. The ideal candidate must be IT-savvy, service-oriented, and capable of maintaining composure under pressure. Required qualifications include a completed IT education or equivalent experience, initial professional exposure to IT Support, and solid knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Windows 10, Office 365, Windows Server, and Active Directory, as well as SAP. This position offers flexible working models and a modern work environment with short decision paths.
