Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the continuous availability and fault-free operation of complex satellite systems within the aerospace industry. The RAMS Engineer will actively support the development of system architectures, focusing on redundancy strategies and reliability optimization. Key responsibilities include collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams, customers, and suppliers to meet and document all RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, Safety) requirements. A core function is the systematic identification and mitigation of critical vulnerabilities and Single Point Failures through qualitative and quantitative analyses such as FMECA, Fault Tree Analysis, and Reliability Prediction. The ideal candidate holds a technical degree, possesses strong analytical skills, and is proficient in both German and English to communicate complex technical matters.
