Job Summary
The Budget Revision Officer will play a critical role within the Treptow-Köpenick District Office in Berlin, focusing on financial and personnel management within the public administration. Day-to-day responsibilities include comprehensive budget planning, reviewing and drafting district budget proposals, managing ongoing budget execution, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and audit reports. The role also involves coordinating cost and performance accounting (KLR) across various departments and handling district tax matters. Furthermore, the officer will oversee personnel economics, including monitoring the staffing plan (GVPL) and verifying prerequisites for personnel actions like hiring and promotions. Required Skills
Education
Completed university of applied sciences or Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business and Law, Business Administration (BWL), or Financial Management; OR successful completion of Administrative Course II; OR equivalent skills, knowledge, and experience in the advertised field.
