Job Summary

This role is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Electronics Technician or experienced assembler to join a growing, internationally active plant engineering company in Oldenburg, with the clear intention of permanent employment after an initial placement period. Day-to-day responsibilities involve the hands-on assembly of electronic components, subassemblies, and larger constructions on-site. Key tasks include cutting plastic parts based on technical drawings and specifications, assembling various components, conducting functional checks to ensure quality, and contributing actively to prototype construction efforts. Candidates must possess vocational training as an Electronics Technician or proven relevant professional experience in component assembly, coupled with strong technical understanding and the ability to interpret technical drawings accurately. The position offers a stable 40-hour work week in a day shift (starting 7:00 AM), above-tariff compensation, and a supportive team environment.
