Job Summary

This leadership role involves overseeing the Molding and Firing Operations within a leading European manufacturer of large-format graphite electrodes for electric steel production. The Head of Production is responsible for ensuring timely, high-quality, and cost-conscious manufacturing processes. Key daily activities include leading, motivating, and developing the production team, conducting performance analysis, and coaching shift supervisors. The role requires strategic planning of personnel, material, and machinery deployment, alongside implementing safety, environmental, and quality protection measures. Candidates must possess a Master Craftsman certification in Chemistry or Process Engineering, coupled with several years of leadership experience in a process-driven production environment, ideally within the chemical industry.
