Job Summary
This critical role involves leading and executing challenging electrical engineering projects for KSK-Real Estate Management GmbH, a subsidiary of Kreissparkasse Köln, focusing on the maintenance, modernization, and expansion of their real estate portfolio in Sankt Augustin. The Project Manager is responsible for the independent planning and implementation of energy and building technology measures, including creating technical specifications, conducting tenders, managing costs across all project phases, and overseeing external service providers and engineering firms. Candidates must possess a qualification such as a Master Craftsman in Electrical Engineering or Technician, coupled with initial professional experience in facility management or project execution.
