Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Project Manager specializing in Technical Building Equipment (TGA), focusing specifically on Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC), and Sanitary/Plumbing (HKLS) systems. The successful candidate will manage projects from initial planning through to completion, ensuring adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and budgets. Key responsibilities include coordinating internal and external planners, conducting detailed site, budget, and schedule controlling, and actively identifying energy efficiency potential for sustainable property management. The position requires a strong technical background, preferably in Electrical Engineering, combined with significant professional experience (5-10 years) in a comparable project management role. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the modernization and energy efficiency of a large real estate portfolio, acting as the client representative for the Kreissparkasse Köln.
