Job Summary

This role is for an exceptional Data Engineer passionate about leveraging large datasets to drive insights and combat fraud within the global AWS Payments and Fraud team. The successful candidate will be central to defining and executing the long-term data and insights strategy, working collaboratively with BI Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product Managers. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and improving data architecture, ensuring data quality, and building robust ETL pipelines. You will also partner with Data Scientists to implement advanced analytics and machine learning algorithms to protect AWS services and customers. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge big data technologies and scale the data architecture to handle increasing customer experience datasets on the world's most comprehensive cloud platform, AWS.
