Job Summary

This role is for a Senior PLC Programmer specializing in industrial automation, particularly within the automotive sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for programming and configuring PLC and HMI systems, diagnosing and resolving issues in automation systems, and performing regular maintenance and updates. They will also support the commissioning and testing of electrical systems, troubleshoot electrical problems, and stay current with advancements in automation technology. This position requires significant travel (approx. 75%) to client sites and the BÄR Automation GmbH location in Gemmingen, near Heilbronn, or to the Munich headquarters if based in Gemmingen/Stuttgart.
