Job Summary

As a Senior PLC Programmer at BÄR Automation GmbH, you will be responsible for the programming and commissioning of Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) systems and complex intralogistics facilities, including conveyor and shuttle controls. Your daily tasks will involve creating Siemens Step7 and WinCC Flexible visualization programs, performing software modifications and optimizations, and providing plant support from commissioning to final customer acceptance. You will also train customer personnel and create comprehensive documentation. This role requires a strong background in electrical engineering, automation, or computer science, extensive experience with Siemens S7 and TIA Portal, and proficiency in programming languages like C, C++, C#, or Java. The ideal candidate is dynamic, flexible, and highly motivated, with a willingness to travel domestically and internationally for on-site system commissioning and support.
