Job Summary

This role involves taking comprehensive responsibility for the IT security landscape for both the company and its clients. Day-to-day duties include designing and implementing critical technical security solutions such as Zero Trust architectures, Mobile Device Management (MDM), and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). The specialist will also be tasked with developing essential IT emergency concepts, security policies, processes, and documentation. A core function is the localization, assessment, and remediation of IT vulnerabilities, alongside conducting employee training and awareness programs. Key requirements include a completed degree or vocational training in IT/Informatics, coupled with specialized further training in the security domain. Candidates should possess strong conceptual abilities for translating requirements into actionable IT policies and ideally have knowledge of standards like ISO/IEC 27001, BSI IT-Grundschutz, and NIS2. This position offers the chance to actively shape the future of organizational security and contribute to the Information Security Management System (ISMS).
