Job Summary

This role requires an experienced and dedicated IT professional to manage and maintain the full lifecycle of IT assets, encompassing both hardware and software. As an Asset Specialist, you will be responsible for the continuous upkeep and inventory management of IT assets, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring strict adherence to established IT asset processes. A significant part of the job involves direct customer support, including on-site assistance at client companies, and handling administrative tickets. You will also conduct regular physical inventories and provide crucial support to the financial accounting department. The ideal candidate possesses a structured, reliable, and service-oriented approach, coupled with an educational background in IT or commerce with strong IT affinity. This position offers an unlimited contract, flexible working hours, modern hardware, and utilizes collaborative digital tools like SAP, Microsoft, Salesforce, and Atlassian.
