Job Summary

This role is ideal for a technically skilled professional, likely an Electrician or equivalent, looking to specialize in the railway sector. As a Commissioning Engineer, you will be responsible for the crucial final stages of rail vehicle production. Day-to-day tasks include the commissioning of rail vehicles according to technical specifications, conducting detailed analysis and troubleshooting of technical issues encountered during the commissioning process, and executing rigorous function and acceptance tests in line with current standards. A key part of the job involves ensuring strict adherence to safety and quality standards and contributing to the creation of technical test reports and documentation. Candidates must possess a completed technical education, ideally coupled with experience in rail vehicle technology, and be proficient in reading and interpreting circuit diagrams and technical documentation. Excellent German and good English skills are required, along with a willingness to work in early and late shifts.
