Job Summary

This role seeks a highly motivated Technical Process Planner to join a leading high-tech precision engineering firm specializing in complex components for the semiconductor and aerospace industries. You will be instrumental in establishing the new Vacuum Brazing department and further developing existing heat treatment processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include the autonomous planning, steering, and monitoring of production processes, ensuring quality and efficiency, coordinating resources (personnel, machinery, materials), and driving continuous process optimization and automation projects. The ideal candidate holds a technical qualification (Technician, Master Craftsman, or technical degree) and possesses multi-year professional experience in manufacturing planning, process optimization, or production, preferably within metal processing or heat treatment. Success requires strong analytical thinking, organizational talent, and excellent communication skills in both German and English.
