Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the highest standards of precision in manufacturing complex components for cutting-edge industries like semiconductor and aerospace. The Metrology Technician will be responsible for the quality control of all manufactured and supplied parts, utilizing highly modern testing equipment, including 18 CNC-controlled and 6 handheld measuring machines, laser micrometers, and contour measuring devices. Key daily tasks include creating detailed measurement and test protocols, programming Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs), and executing initial sample inspections (Erstbemusterungen). Candidates must possess completed vocational training in the metal trade and demonstrate very strong skills in interpreting complex technical drawings. Experience with industry-standard CMM software like Hexagon (pc-dmis) or Mitutoyo machines is highly desirable.
