Job Summary

This crucial role involves acting as the Application Owner (Product Owner) for the group-wide Identity and Access Management (IAM) system. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading the application's development through meticulous release and change planning, managing the associated budget, and maintaining the product roadmap. The owner is responsible for overall project coordination, overseeing external service providers, and ensuring the system's operational excellence, including maintenance, customizing, and providing 3rd-level support. A key function is serving as the primary point of contact for technical, organizational, and data protection inquiries, requiring close collaboration with System Owners and IT Security. Candidates must possess a degree in Informatics or Economics and at least three years of relevant professional experience in application ownership or project coordination, coupled with strong knowledge of Identity Management principles. Excellent communication skills in both German and English are essential for success in this highly visible and strategic position.
