This Engineering Manager role is an exciting opportunity to lead a cross-functional product team of 3-10 engineers within Kaufland's rapidly growing international online marketplace. Initially, you'll engage in hands-on technical tasks to deeply understand the infrastructure, then transition into a leadership role focusing on cart, checkout, and order fulfillment features. You'll be responsible for building and enabling high-performing teams, fostering individual growth, removing roadblocks, and ensuring the delivery of scalable products that meet business objectives.
