Job Summary
This role requires a service-oriented IT professional to act as the primary point of contact for customer technical issues, ensuring high levels of satisfaction through efficient remote support. Following comprehensive initial training, you will be responsible for handling first-level contact via telephone, analyzing and resolving technical faults using remote access, and accurately documenting all incidents and tickets within the system. You will classify and prioritize issues to streamline workflows for subsequent service teams. Key qualifications include a completed IT education or equivalent professional experience, practical knowledge of ticketing systems, and familiarity with Microsoft products and client applications. This position offers a supportive work environment with flexible hours (no 24/7 or weekend shifts), mobile working options, and strong investment in continuous professional development and training.
