Job Summary

This role is ideal for a skilled Electrical Supervisor ready to drive the energy transition by overseeing electrical installation, quality assurance, and commissioning of wind turbine systems globally. The successful candidate will enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards, professionally lead subcontractors, and ensure timely completion and accurate documentation of all electrical work on domestic and international construction sites. Working closely with the Site Manager, this position offers significant responsibility, requiring strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain composure under pressure. Crucially, there is a clear path for professional development into a full Site Management role in the future. This position requires approximately 70% travel readiness and proficiency in English.
