Job Summary

This role involves the continuous 24/7 remote monitoring of wind turbines, requiring the analysis and troubleshooting of technical faults as they occur. The Technical Employee will utilize remote control systems to manage wind turbine operations and is responsible for active communication with customers and operators via phone and email in both English and German. Key daily tasks include evaluating plant downtimes and error patterns, monitoring and assessing plant availability, and generating weekly and monthly technical reports and evaluations. The ideal candidate has a completed technical education, preferably in electrical engineering, and possesses initial experience with monitoring software and reading circuit diagrams. This position is permanent and requires strong computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and a high degree of responsibility and autonomy.
