Job Summary

This position as a Manufacturing Planner/Engineer in Rastatt focuses on the technological stewardship of products and processes within advanced electronics manufacturing, particularly specializing in wave and selective soldering technologies. Daily tasks involve comprehensive planning, optimization, and documentation of production processes, alongside the procurement and commissioning of new manufacturing equipment. The role requires close collaboration with R&D, Quality Assurance, Purchasing, and Production teams to successfully manage New Product Introduction (NPI) into serial production. A core responsibility is driving continuous improvement initiatives using established methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma, conducting thorough process analyses, and ensuring adherence to safety and environmental standards. Successful candidates must hold a completed technical degree and possess a minimum of five years of specialized experience in electronics manufacturing, coupled with deep expertise in soldering systems, quality methods (FMEA, 8D, SPC), SAP PP, and strong project management capabilities.
