Job Summary

This position involves ensuring the reliable operation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of technical building systems, specifically focusing on electrical engineering, for a market leader in Facility Management based in Bremen. Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving malfunctions, executing minor repairs, and meticulously maintaining error, inspection, maintenance, and test reports. The technician will also be responsible for technical documentation of the systems and coordinating external contractors during major maintenance and repair activities. Successful candidates must possess completed vocational training as an Electrician or a comparable electrical qualification, with several years of experience in building operations being highly desirable.
