The position focuses on ensuring the optimal function of electrical building services systems. Key daily tasks include the operation, inspection, and preventative maintenance of these systems, along with prompt troubleshooting and execution of minor repairs. You will be responsible for maintaining meticulous technical documentation, including fault, inspection, and maintenance reports, and coordinating external firms for specialized repair work.
