Job Summary
This leadership role involves managing the Finance Division for the Heidenheim County Waste Management Utility, an established public service organization. The Head of Finance is responsible for overseeing financial operations, including leading the Cash/Accounting and Dunning/Collection/Enforcement teams. Core responsibilities include clarifying fundamental financial policy issues, preparing the annual economic plan and financial statements for the public utility, conducting fee calculations, and handling complex tax law matters. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Public Management or Business Administration, coupled with professional and desirable leadership experience.
