Job Summary

This role as a Staff Member for Cultural Heritage Digitization is crucial for the Interreg VI A project, focusing on preserving historical documents related to road and highway construction. Day-to-day responsibilities involve the end-to-end digitization process: technically preparing archival materials, including transport, sorting, and checking; digitally preparing files by checking image quality settings; performing high-volume scanning; and ensuring quality assurance through meticulous data management and post-processing of digital copies. Candidates should possess a background in administration, office communication, or archival services, coupled with practical experience handling sensitive written documents. Proficiency in modern IT and desirable knowledge of scanning technology and file formats are essential. This position requires significant physical stamina for standing and transporting materials (5-20 kg), along with high concentration and fine motor skills necessary for the careful handling of historical artifacts.
