This permanent position within the Neustrelitz Road Construction Authority, responsible for Federal and State roads in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, seeks a dedicated Civil Engineer specializing in project preparation. The role involves managing the full planning lifecycle, including fundamental data collection, preliminary planning, detailed design (Entwurfs- and Genehmigungsplanung), execution planning, and the crucial preparation of procurement and tendering documents. The work is expected to be performed largely independently. Candidates must possess a university degree (Bachelor or equivalent) in Civil Engineering and demonstrate required user knowledge of CAD software for surveying and planning, as well as AVA (tendering and billing) software specific to civil and road construction.
