Job Summary
This role is central to driving digital innovation by integrating Generative AI solutions across key business areas, including IT, HR, and Customer Service. The Business Analyst will lead workshops to analyze departmental processes and proactively identify opportunities for AI implementation. Core responsibilities include translating functional needs into clear technical solution concepts, documenting requirements using User Stories and Epics for agile prioritization, and modeling processes, often utilizing BPMN, to ensure transparency and highlight optimization potential. The successful candidate must possess a degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable qualification, coupled with robust experience in requirements engineering and stakeholder management. A strong affinity for AI, digital trends, and a basic understanding of Generative AI and automation are essential for success in this permanent, full-time position near Hanover.
