Job Summary

This role involves defining and driving the continuous development of Customer Service Management solutions within an agile environment, focusing on customer administration, communication, and retention. The Product Owner will collaborate closely with internal IT teams and business departments to steer an external development team, ensuring the delivery of innovative and efficient software solutions, particularly for personalized offers, coupons, and customer support via the ROSSMANN App and Online Shop. Key responsibilities include translating stakeholder requirements into roadmaps, Epics, and User Stories, managing the Product Backlog, and ensuring alignment with the product vision. The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical understanding, high customer orientation, and multi-year experience as a Product Owner in an agile setting, coupled with excellent communication skills and a data-driven approach to product development.

Required Skills

Education

University degree (e.g., Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Informatics) or equivalent relevant professional knowledge

Experience

  • Multi-year experience as Product Owner in an agile environment (desirable)
  • Experience in steering external service providers (advantageous)
