IT Service Continuity Expert | IT-Service Continuity Experte (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This expert role focuses on continuously developing and managing IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) and IT Emergency Management within a large retail environment featuring nationwide data centers, 2000+ servers, and a hybrid cloud infrastructure. The professional will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing ITSCM processes based on international standards like BSI 200-4 and ISO 22301, and establishing a company-wide ITSCM framework to ensure the availability and security of critical IT services for retail and logistics. Key daily tasks include developing Disaster Recovery concepts for classic, hybrid, and cloud architectures, meticulously maintaining emergency manuals and runbooks for POS, network, and central infrastructure, defining RTOs/RPOs, and conducting regular Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and risk assessments. The role requires strong analytical skills, expertise in infrastructure and cloud technologies, and the ability to coordinate crisis exercises and communicate effectively across IT, Security, and Management teams.
