This role is central to driving strategic marketing success across the DACH markets (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). The (Senior) Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, steering, and executing strategic marketing plans by translating overarching brand, business, and market objectives into a prioritized, integrated campaign and topic calendar. Key daily tasks include coordinating alignment across various channels and departments, ensuring campaigns meet strategic goals, and managing the budget and investment control for all DACH-wide marketing measures. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Economics, Communication, or Marketing Management and brings at least five years of experience, preferably in strategic campaign or brand planning within the Retail or Omnichannel sector. Success in this position requires strong analytical capabilities, conceptual thinking, proficiency with planning tools and MS Office, and mandatory fluency in both German and English.
