Job Summary

This role is for an IT Systems and Support Specialist in Hennef, offering full-time or part-time employment under an unlimited contract. The core responsibility involves providing comprehensive IT support, including the analysis and resolution of technical issues both on-site and via remote support. Day-to-day tasks include the installation and configuration of new hardware, network technology, and the implementation of VPN connections. A crucial technical component is the administration and maintenance of Microsoft Server and Client systems, alongside managing the Office 365 environment and backup solutions. Beyond technical duties, the specialist will handle essential administrative and organizational tasks such as processing orders, creating invoices, managing inventory, and overseeing warranty obligations and license renewals. The ideal candidate must have a completed IT Specialist qualification or equivalent, strong technical knowledge in Microsoft environments and networking, excellent organizational skills, commercial understanding, and fluent written and spoken German.
