Job Summary

This role, based in Troisdorf-Spich, seeks a High Voltage Engineer to join a client company on a fixed-term contract. The primary responsibilities involve defining electrical, thermal, and mechanical specifications for high-voltage equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements, often in direct collaboration with the client. Day-to-day tasks include creating technical specifications and dimensional drawings, assessing technical feasibility with the Offer & Order Engineering lead, and calculating manufacturing costs. The successful candidate will coordinate closely with Order Engineering and Procurement regarding design realization, component availability, and defining technical requirements for suppliers. Essential qualifications include a university degree in electrical or energy/high-voltage engineering, at least two years of relevant professional experience, strong communication skills, and fluency in both German and English, written and spoken.
