Job Summary

This role as a Data Center Electronics Technician, based in Munich, involves crucial hands-on work maintaining and expanding passive data networks within high-demand data center environments. Day-to-day tasks include performing detailed installation and testing of copper and fiber optic cabling, generating necessary measurement protocols and documentation, and systematically troubleshooting and resolving connection faults. You will also be responsible for managing communication line assignments and performing mounting and upgrading tasks for system hardware and server racks. The ideal candidate holds vocational training as an Electronics or Communication Technician and possesses proven expertise in measurement and testing techniques for high-speed data lines. A key requirement is flexibility, including a willingness to travel to various customer locations across Germany for limited periods and participate in an on-call rotation.
