Job Summary

The Operations and Plant Technology Engineer will be responsible for the comprehensive management of existing client contracts, ensuring operational safety, contractual compliance, and rigorous control over project costs. A significant component of the role involves business development through the acquisition of follow-up contracts and active participation in new project lifecycles—from initial planning and calculation through to successful implementation and handover to the operations team. Candidates must possess a technical degree in Energy, Supply, or Environmental Engineering, or equivalent qualifications (Technician/Master Craftsman). Essential technical expertise includes profound knowledge of refrigeration (ideally including NH₃), steam, compressed air, and heat technologies, coupled with experience in energy management and project handling. The role offers the mid-term opportunity to assume leadership responsibility for a technical team, requiring strong organizational skills and a commitment to team development and safety standards.
