Job Summary

This role as a Technical Facility Manager involves taking full technical and disciplinary responsibility for the staff and contractual performance within a specific property in Munich. You will serve as the primary point of contact for the client concerning all aspects of technical building management (TGA), ensuring high-quality service delivery. Key daily activities include steering the object team, planning personnel deployment, managing internal cost allocation, and overseeing complex technical systems. The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical background, such as an Electrician or HVAC Technician, ideally complemented by advanced qualifications like a Technician, Master Craftsman, Bachelor, or Engineer degree in Facility Management or related fields. While several years of experience are preferred, motivated career starters and lateral entrants are also encouraged to apply.
