Job Summary

This role involves working as an Electrical Engineering Specialist within the Central Building Management department for the City of Hameln, focusing on new construction, refurbishment, and maintenance of municipal buildings like schools, fire stations, and daycares. The specialist will act as the client representative for major projects managed by external engineering firms, overseeing, coordinating, and controlling their performance, particularly in electrical engineering. Responsibilities also include managing all phases (1-9) of the HOAI for large-scale renovation projects, defining execution standards for electrical measures, processing funding applications, and ensuring compliance with VOB, HOAI, and building codes. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Electrical Engineering, extensive knowledge of construction regulations, and experience in managing large projects, combining technical expertise with strong cost and quality awareness to achieve project goals.
