Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Electrical Engineering Technician to manage and optimize test field operations for a leading engineering partner. Day-to-day responsibilities include the comprehensive analysis of hardware and software faults within testing systems, developing and implementing corrective actions, and rigorously documenting all measurement results, statistics, and test procedures. The technician will be crucial in developing and advancing testing concepts, ensuring compliance with established standards, and supporting factory calibrations. A key component of the role is maintaining high system availability through close collaboration with maintenance teams. The successful candidate must possess a technical qualification in electrical engineering and proven expertise in high voltage technology, power electronics, and measurement technology. Strong communication skills in both German (required for project work) and English are essential, especially when liaising internally, supporting manufacturing, and hosting customers during acceptance tests.
