Job Summary

This role involves acting as a key expert within a GMP-regulated environment, focusing heavily on quality documentation, process improvement, and compliance within bulk production. Day-to-day tasks include drafting and reviewing critical quality documents like SOPs and manufacturing instructions, managing deviation reports, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective and preventive actions. The specialist will coordinate and provide technical support for various projects, manage change requests, and actively seek opportunities to optimize routine production processes, utilizing improvement tools like Six Sigma or Lean. The ideal candidate must possess a higher technical or scientific background (HTL, university degree) and demonstrable professional experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, focusing on production and process enhancements.
