Job Summary

This role involves leading and managing major construction projects, specifically within schools, daycares, and youth facilities, for the Municipal Building Management in Bonn. The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation, execution, and finalization of these projects, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Key daily tasks include acting as the client-side project controller for all electrical engineering aspects, supervising specialist engineers, and taking full responsibility for budget planning, project controlling, scheduling, and cost management. You will also serve as the primary contact person, coordinating technical details and liaising with users and all internal and external stakeholders.
