This role involves leading a team of up to 10 project engineers within the Real Estate department of the German Pension Insurance (DRV Bund). The successful candidate will operate in a position of trust, utilizing technical expertise and organizational skill to manage and steer electrical engineering measures for construction projects across the organization's nationwide rehabilitation facilities and administrative buildings. Key responsibilities include quality assurance for external partners, acting as the client representative, and actively contributing to the development and optimization of technical standards and goals for electrical supply systems.
