Job Summary

This role involves coordinating and driving the continuous development of essential IT services within the German Pension Insurance (DRV-IT) central office. The coordinator will actively participate in working groups and expert committees focused on enhancing software products, including knowledge management, collaboration platforms, and consultant databases. Key responsibilities include planning and executing training sessions for IT services (such as document management/archiving systems and the Intranet), managing the technical maintenance and enhancement of Notes databases, and coordinating temporary groups and steering committees. The ideal candidate holds a scientific university degree, preferably in IT, possesses initial relevant professional experience, and demonstrates strong project management skills, strategic thinking, and fluent German communication abilities. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Würzburg, offering flexible working models and the stability of a major public employer.
