This role involves serving as a Policy Advisor within the Federal Office for Family Affairs and Civil Society Functions (BAFzA), focusing on National Grants II, specifically supporting the 'Artificial Intelligence' domain in collaboration with the Federal Ministry. The successful candidate will manage the expression of interest and application processes, including preparing and conducting procedures, creating templates for grant phases, and developing questionnaires, forms, and guidelines for applicants. Key responsibilities also include answering inquiries, preparing and leading informational events, generating reports, and performing statistical evaluations. Additionally, the advisor will be responsible for the editorial strategy and conceptual development of the 'Dementia Guide' website. This position requires a scientific university degree in relevant fields, knowledge of public administrative and grants law, and strong organizational and communication skills, offering a chance to contribute to significant social policy areas within a modern, family-friendly federal authority.
