Job Summary

This critical role seeks a Quality Manager specializing in Incoming Goods Inspection within the pharmaceutical industry. The primary responsibility involves ensuring the quality and compliance of all raw and auxiliary materials by effectively coordinating internal and external testing laboratories. Day-to-day tasks include rigorous documentation and evaluation of testing results against applicable guidelines, active participation in optimizing the incoming goods inspection system based on stringent GMP requirements, and developing necessary quality testing procedures. The manager will also create and maintain essential work instructions, collaborate closely with technical departments to establish material specifications, and independently represent the quality department in customer-specific projects. Candidates must possess a relevant scientific or technical Master’s degree (e.g., Chemistry, Pharmacy), professional experience in quality control within a regulated environment, and fluent proficiency in both German and English.
