Job Summary

This full-time role involves supporting an international industrial company in Dortmund by ensuring rigorous adherence to hygiene and quality standards. The Quality Assistant is responsible for the GMP-compliant execution, detailed documentation, and evaluation of routine and special hygiene and cleanroom monitoring. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating essential external service providers for cleaning, microbiological investigations, and water monitoring, as well as planning and delivering hygiene and GMP training sessions for both internal and external personnel. Key requirements include a completed scientific/technical education and multi-year professional experience within a GMP-regulated environment (Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Production). Candidates must possess strong knowledge of hygiene processes, cleanroom technology, and relevant regulatory frameworks such as EU GMP Annex I, ISO 13485, and 21 CFR 820. This position is attractive as it offers involvement in deviation management, CAPA implementation, process optimization projects, and requires proficiency with tools like SAP, CAQ, and Trackwise.
