Job Summary
This role involves providing essential technical support for high-quality LED lighting systems developed, produced, and sold by tempLED GmbH. The specialist will primarily manage and document incoming support tickets, analyze complex technical issues, and coordinate closely with the Product Development team to find solutions. A significant part of the job involves communicating with the sales team, customers, and partners to ensure effective resolution and follow-up. Day-to-day tasks also include assisting with internal testing, fault analysis, and product optimization efforts. The ideal candidate possesses technical understanding, preferably an educational background in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or IT, and demonstrates a structured, solution-oriented approach, coupled with a friendly, service-oriented demeanor for customer interaction. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, IT, or comparable qualification (advantageous)
Experience
