Job Summary

This role is centered on providing essential field service and hardware support for a leading German IT service provider. The Rollout Technician will be responsible for the full lifecycle of IT hardware deployment, including the assembly and disassembly of various components. Key daily tasks involve performing initial fault analyses, implementing first-line solutions, and providing crucial on-site user support and instruction within the Baden-Württemberg region. This position requires significant travel and occasional overnight stays. Candidates should ideally possess a completed technical qualification, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration or IT System Electronics Technician, coupled with practical experience in managing IT rollouts and handling standard hardware.
