Job Summary

This role involves executing maintenance, testing, and repair work on Process Control Technology (PCT) equipment and electrical components within a leading global pharmaceutical and crop protection corporation. The Industrial Electrician will be responsible for independently troubleshooting and repairing faults, setting up field devices, and performing functional checks on PCT protection, monitoring, and safety systems. A key aspect of the job is ensuring compliance with relevant VDE standards and documenting all work, including permit-to-work procedures, using SAP. Candidates must possess a completed vocational qualification as an Electrician for Automation Technology or Operational Technology, coupled with practical experience as a qualified electrical person. Proficiency in automation systems like ABB Freelance or Siemens S7, alongside very good written and spoken German skills, is mandatory for success in this demanding, yet rewarding, international work environment.
