Job Summary

This role involves providing essential IT Support services for a leading European IT service provider, working directly with their end customer, Infosys. The specialist will be responsible for handling incidents and service requests according to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs), including participation in an on-call rotation. Key day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting, configuration, and installation of end devices such as PCs, notebooks, and printers. The role also requires supporting users with mobile devices, diagnosing network issues, and performing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services in the client environment. Candidates must possess a completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration), experience in user support and troubleshooting, and strong knowledge of standard hardware and common MS Office applications.
